The Finance department provides financial services and information to the City Council, City Manager, departments, and agencies. The department manages daily financial transactions including general accounting, internal auditing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, investments, and utility billing. The department also prepares and coordinates the City’s budget and the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
