Zoning Ordinance

The Subdivision (Chapter 151) and Zoning (Chapter 154) elements of the Land Usage Regulations are the core of the City of Waseca's development approval process.  All land within the City is subject to the zoning district standards established within these Ordinances, including types of permitted, conditional, or accessory uses allowed, minimum lot dimensions and setbacks, and development standards related to parking, site design, landscaping, and signage.  When a property owner or developer undertakes a project within the City, various processes must be completed to ensure that the project is legally and appropriately coordinated.
