Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a long-range plan that provides the basis for determining the non-binding intent to allocate future City funds and other resources. To be included in the CIP, a project typically requires a total expenditure of at least $5,000 and a useful life of at least 3 years. The CIP provides valuable information to local elected officials in terms of project and equipment cost estimates, planned project and equipment purchase schedules, and the locations of improvements. A 5-year CIP is currently being developed and will be posted when complete.
