Park Shelter Reservation Information

Park pavilion / shelters are available for public use on a rental basis by residents, groups, organizations, commercial entities, clubs, and non-residents. Please refer to the information sheet below to ensure an understanding of responsibilities by the reserving party. You are responsible for reviewing all of the information provided, including all Park Rules and Regulations as listed under the website links.

Reservations for 2023 are Closed. Water to the parks as been turned off.

Request for park pavilion / shelter reservations will open 1 March 2024.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. An official reservation must be completed online and include full rental fee to secure your reservation. 2024 Park Reservations will start being accepted on March 1st.

Picnic Tables

  • Picnic Table Request - $15.00 per table fee, delivered and picked up by City as requested per picnic table reservation form.

Information

  • Park Reservation fees apply to all individuals, churches, schools, organizations, non-profits, special interest groups, businesses, commercial entities, etc. Fees apply to everyone.
  • A group requesting use of a facility must be under supervision of a competent adult (age 18 or over) throughout the duration of the rental.
  • Telephones are not available in any parks or other public areas.
  • Set-up of portable shelters/tents within a park will require permission of the Park Director.
  • Rental groups are to use only those areas designated for the reserving group. Facilities such as softball fields, horseshoe courts, tennis courts or volleyball courts are available unless already being used by the general public or league play.
  • Rental groups are responsible for cleanup of trash and debris in areas reserved for their activities.

Reservation Agreements

  • A completed online park reservation and fee payment received are needed to confirm the reservation.
  • The person reserving the facility or an authorized representative of a group is identified as the person responsible for all actions, activities, cleanup, etc. related to their event.
  • The person reserving the facility and/or the person signing the reservation form agrees to adhere to all park rules and regulations identified in the park brochure.

Refund Policy

  • Canceled park reservations will be assessed a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancelation due to inclement weather is not refundable.

Key Check-Out Policy

  • The person requesting a gate key must have a reservation to use park facilities.
  • Gate keys require a $25.00 deposit. The deposit is refunded upon receipt of key. Keys are available at City Hall one day prior to reservation. Payment is SEPARATE from reservation fee.
