Fingerprinting

The Waseca Police Department has been conducting fingerprinting clinics for many years for our citizens. These clinics have been conducted at local retail establishments, and the Early Childhood Fair. Each year, hundreds of children are fingerprinted and the records are given to their parents for safekeeping.

The project will impact several hundred children yearly, with the potential for several hundred more through projects conducted in the school system.

It is imperative the parent/guardian put the documentation in a safe place. The WPD does not keep and/or store any of the children's information.

If you want to schedule a clinic or demonstration, please contact the police department at (507) 835-9720 to set up at your event.
