Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (LBAE) Meeting

Per MN Statute § 274.01 the City of Waseca’s Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (LBAE) Meeting will be held Monday April 10th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Waseca City Council Chambers.
Please contact the Waseca County Assessors office before the LBAE meeting. This will help them answer any questions and address any valuation and classification concerns.
No changes can be made to valuation or classification without a physical inspection and review of the property by the Waseca County Assessors off.
