- Co-implementation, with the Engineering Department, of the City's storm water permit
- Repair of broken water mains, with the Water Utility
- Library - replace portions of roof
- Internal trail maintenance within various parks (joint project with Parks Department)
- Identifying water service line material (joint project with the Water Utility & Engineering Department)
