Seal coat operations (9-7-21)

Project Description: This annual program consists of the crack sealing and seal coating of various City streets.  Typically, new asphalt pavement is crack sealed and seal coated 2 years after construction in order to extend its life.  Additional streets may also be selected for these treatments based on pavement condition (PCI) and level of use.

As part of this year's project, additional crack sealing took place on portions of the Waseca Airport taxiway and on the recreational trails around and adjacent to Clear Lake and Northeast Park.  Click on the links below to view maps of all 2021 crack seal and seal coat locations.
