2021 Street Enhancements

Project Description: Annual street enhancements are typically asphalt mill and overlay or patching projects that occur on various streets throughout the City.  These improvements are not bid out to contractors, but instead are completed by City Streets Department staff.  Streets are chosen for these improvements based mainly on pavement condition (PCI and visual inspection). 

Project Status: All 2021 street enhancements were completed as of October 19th.  Below is a link to a map of those locations.

Project Costs & Funding: $100,000 is budgeted every year for Street Enhancements.  These improvements are 100% funded through Streets Capital and are not assessed to adjacent properties.
